Do unused credits expire?
No. Credits roll forward as long as your account is active in the last 24 months.
Can I switch between PAYG and Pro?
Yes. PAYG balance is preserved if you start a Pro subscription, and re-activates if you cancel — you don't lose the credits you paid for.
What does the free trial include?
120 credits — enough to generate a full project's deliverable set (an L2 compliance report, a NatHERS assessor summary, and a BASIX input prefill). Trial outputs are watermarked "Evaluation copy" and not for client delivery.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-project?
You'll see a one-click top-up at the action that needed credits. Buy a pack, continue from where you left off — no lost work.
